The "Let's meet in Monferrato" event it marked a turning point in territorial promotion, demonstrating how the synergy between technology, creativity and collaboration can generate surprising results. With a multimedia approach and the active collaboration of various entities, the event reached and involved a large audience, both online and offline, creating a replicable model for future initiatives to promote the territory.

Digital Innovation and Visibility on Social Platforms

The heart of the innovation was the creation of three video contents, each with a unique approach, distributed across different platforms. The first video, 2:07 minutes long, has obtained 5,884 views on TikTok; the second, 1:25 minutes, reached 9,602 views; and the third, 48 seconds long, impressed with 17,700 views. On YouTube, the videos continued to gain interest, with an overall of views exceeding 300.

Collaboration and Community Involvement

Meeters Ambassadors played a crucial role, expanding the reach of content in local groups in Monza and Novara, with a combined audience of around 1,100 users. The Meeters sponsored campaign, although smaller than previous years, touched the entire community of over 30,000 members, further consolidating the visibility of the event.

Media Presence and Traditional Advertising

Media coverage was not limited to digital. Two press releases stimulated the publication of articles in local newspapers, while 50 advertising billboards were strategically positioned in 11 municipalities in the province of Alessandria, emphasizing the scope and importance of the event.

Each participating company actively contributed to the promotion, sharing the event on their social channels. Unlike traditional events such as the truffle fair or the Christmas markets, which mainly attract daily visitors, this event had a significant effect on tourism, as defined by current legislation: each participant stayed at least one night, transforming from a simple visitor to a tourist to all intents and purposes.

This distinction is crucial to understanding the success of the event. While many events attract large crowds, few manage to convert this turnout into a concrete tourism impact. "Let's meet in Monferrato" recorded a full house in the accommodation facilities involved in the event, an exceptional result which underlines the attractiveness of the event and its added value for the local economy. This success not only generated sold out Meeters hotel bookings, but also stimulated the local economy, with tourists exploring and investing in the area's businesses and services.

Synergy between Event and Tourism

The event demonstrated how a well-planned synergy between digital promotion and tourism initiatives can lead to tangible results. The targeted marketing strategy and the innovative approach adopted for "Let's meet in Monferrato" have played a key role in transforming visitors into tourists, thus contributing to strengthening the image of Monferrato as a leading tourist destination.

This innovative model has not only benefited participating producers in the short term, but has also laid the foundation for a future in which Monferrato can continue to grow as a major tourist destination, attracting visitors from all over the world.


This landscape is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site “Vineyard Landscape of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato,” recognized for the unique relationship between land, culture, and centuries of agricultural tradition.
