L'evento
This time we invite you to try something different: a guided walk of around 10 km, created through a collaboration between Monfreedom and Spazio 24, for people who enjoy being active, breathing fresh air and spending time together.
We will start directly from the Spazio 24 gym and explore a surprisingly varied area. Just outside the town, the countryside of the Alessandria plain opens up into wide horizons, cultivated fields, rows of trees, small waterways and quiet farm tracks that offer a welcome sense of freedom.
We will walk at an accessible pace in surroundings where life slows down and nature takes centre stage. It is an opportunity to exercise naturally, share the route with new walking companions and spend a morning focused on movement and wellbeing.
More than a stroll, it is a chance to recharge, clear your mind and rediscover how enjoyable outdoor exercise can be.
